1. General
Musik Hefele has a 30-days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your items, you can simply return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days after the purchase. It's as easy as that. To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Sorry, delivery charges are not refundable.

2.2 Any goods which have been used.
2.3 Any returns must be in its original packing.
3. Money Returns
All received payments will be returned via cheque or bank transfer within 30 days.
