1. Delivery Time
Generally the time between getting your order and dispatching your goods is not more than 24 hours. After dispatching the items, you immediately get a shipping confirmation via email including all the important information of your order. Within Europe, you should receive your items in 3-5 days.
Sometimes items are not in stock. If this happens, you get an email with the expected delivery time, which is in most cases not more than 7 days.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Directly following are the shipping charges for foreign and domestic shipments. You will find that we calculate the shipping charges for you as part of the online ordering process.
For all orders within Europe, between an order of €10,00 to €49,99 the shipping costs are only €3,00; we deliver free of charge on any orders above an order total of €50,00.
Outside Europe: on every order outside Europe we only calculate €10,00 shipping charges.
Please note that if you pay via Cash-On-Delivery (only possible within Germany), there will be further costs of €4,00.
2.2 In some non-european countries you will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
3. Additional Deliveries
Generally all orders outside Germany will be proceeded at once. We do not make any additional deliveries outside Germany.
