How we get and proceed your order
We immediately get your order via email. At the same time, a confirmation email to your email adress will be proceeded, including all the important information you gave to us. We proceed your order as fast as possible.
If items are not in stock or if there are any other delivery problems, we will write you an email with some additional information including delivery time.

If you cannot find your favorite articles in the shop, you can also try our search system. Simply type in any keywords of your honey, and push the GO Button.
Prices & VAT (Sales Tax)
All prices in our shop are in the currency Euro, german VAT is 19% at the moment and included in the price.
If you are in hold of a valid VAT identification number, you can type that in the adress block. This gives you the possibility to order tax-free.
Shipping to Non-EU-Countries like Switzerland, USA...
If you are living in a non-EU-country like Switzerland, USA, Australia etc., the german sales tax will be removed after giving your shipping adress. You only have to pay the prices without the german sales tax / VAT, which is 19% at the moment.
Payment Options
You can pay your international order via credit card, Paypal, Pre-Payment (Bank Transfer). The payment details will be given to you during the order process.
Delivery Time
Generally the time between getting your order and dispatching your goods is not more than 24 hours. After dispatching the items, you immediately get a shipping confirmation via email including all the important information of your order. Within Europe, you should receive your items in 3-5 days.
Sometimes items are not in stock. If this happens, you get an email with the expected delivery time, which is in most cases not more than 7 days. |
