Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt. Depending on the availability of the items, the order will be dispatched within the stated delivery times. If individual items are sold out at short notice, we will notify you of the delivery time by e-mail.

The delivery time is 2 - 4 working days unless otherwise stated.

Austria, Switzerland und European Union
The delivery time is 3 - 5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Shipment by letter post

Despatch outside European Union and abroad
Shipment by letterpost (registered mail) or DHL.
For shipments outside Europe and overseas, shipping costs of €7.90 are charged (registered mail). Shipping by DHL is partially available from €19.90 depending on the country of delivery.
Please note that when importing goods into non-European countries, customs duties and other country-specific charges may apply.
